2013, the year of the Juicer
I jumped on the bandwagon

Thanks to my weakness for TJ Maxx clearance (which suckered me into buying a Juicer a few years back) I was prepared. When I realized all of the benefits of juicing, I started incorporating it into my weekly routine, now I juice as much as I can, especially during these winter months. Getting extra vitamins and antioxidants help fight off all the germs in the air, and effects  of the bipolar weather of the midwest!
 If you are starting to feel under the weather, or down from the weather this immune boosting juice will get you feeling back to normal!

garlic- strengthens/boosts immune system
ginger- fights against colds, eases stomach ache and is full of antioxidants 

peel ginger root by scraping gently with the edge of a spoon, using a knife is too sharp and will cut off the root with the skin. 

1 bunch of carrots 
1 lemon, peeled
4 oranges, peeled
1/2-1" ginger root 
1-2 garlic cloves
